You may need to step up the cracker count to 25 for a 2lb batch Mix and determine wetness
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Chop Onion, super fine is best
3. Crush Crackers
4. Combine beef, egg, onion, crackers, worcestershire, soy, salt, and pepper. Add extra crackers if too wet
5. Form into 2 loaves with sauce wells and place on 9x13
6. Bake 45min
7. Mix tomato sauce with some ketchup, pour result on both loaves
8. Bake 15min more
9. Let sit a few minutes to set up before slicing
IMPORTANT NOTE: We have taken to making a miniscule version of this with only 1/2 lb ground beef. Change the Yields to 1.00 servings above to get the correct amount of most everything.
