Title: Zuccolash
1. Grab double-handled pan and start heating to medium with water inside.
2. Chop the onion into a fine dice. Slice the zucchini in half lengthwise then cut into half coins.
3. When the pan is hot, start the beef.
4. Cook the beef most of the way through the add the onions. Sautee for a couple minutes
5. Boil small amount of salted water and cook the macaroni.
6. Add the zucchini and sautee for 2-3 minutes.
7. Pour in the spag sauce and the tomato paste. Stir well and heat. When the macaroni is hot, drain and add.
8. Once everything is hot, serve sprinkled with cheese.
